The WFH shift since the pandemic has been a welcome one for most. The flexibility and time saved on commuting has been so beneficial in our weekly structures. However, whilst some businesses are pushing to het employees back in the office more, in the interim there can be a lack of personal interaction. It is however part of the new environment we find ourselves in the WFH era. At the best of times, our interpersonal skills need to be top shelf, in order to maintain healthy business relationships and work productively with fellow team members and colleagues. Partaking in activities to strengthen and rebuild relationships which can often exist primarily through Zoom, is paramount.
